Ombre is a great way to breathe new life into a weathered bag or accessory, and a fun way to make a new bag stand out! Some of my clients opt for an “all over” ombre look, while some prefer more subtle, scattered pops of color. The most treasured projects for me to paint have been the family heirloom pieces, like the vintage purple ombre Alma, which belonged to my client’s beloved late-grandmother. We included a sunflower, her grandmother’s favorite, in memory of her grandmother and the marigold and daffodil are the flowers of her daughter’s birth months.
